Franklins was established in 1999 by Paul Franklin. Paul was previously a partner with his brother, Simon in Acre Estates, West London - a 4 office practice of residential and commercial estate agents. Paul has 21 years experience as an estate agent. He remains as passionate about the business as when he started, with a genuine desire to offer an unrivalled service.

Brendan McGee joined us in 2000 as a sales negotiator. Brendan's sales success quickly led to a number of promotions within Franklins, culminating in him becoming a director. From Slavery, Buncrana, Brendan is largely responsible for covering the Inishowen area - residential and commercial sales, plus residential lettings.

Gareth McLarnon, our third director started with us in 2001. Gareth also progressed to a directorship following a very successful period as a negotiator, assistant manager and manager. With all round property expertise and knowledge, Gareth currently manages our residential lettings.
